Winter produce here means greens.
Winter produce here means greens…from light to dark, some bitter, some buttery, crisp, tender, lemony, and/or nutty. Some green cabbage and baby bok choy with lunch (steamed carrots, ground turkey, garlic, ginger, soy, five-spice powder, all of which created a fantastic pot liquor), and citrus—blood oranges (w/my breakfast toast), with their slightly-perfumed brand of juicy sweetness, and (not pictured) a bag of clementines in my next grocery order (whether snow tomorrow lets up, or not—right now it’s coming down in fluffy handfuls). Oh! And rainbow chard in my next order, too!

lurve blood oranges.
Also, they are very pretty.
Yes! But unlike regular oranges, they leave worse stains!
Bobbi Jo Woods I only figured this out after staining a kitchen towel.
