Canned salmon or tuna

Top sirloin/round, filet mignon, shank, flank steak

Chicken breast

1 yolk per 3-4 egg whites

Spritz of oil (coconut, olive, etc.)

Cottage cheese, part-skim mozzarella, or goat cheese
