Ingredients

Buttermilk powder, dehydrated onion, garlic powder, chives, dill weed, parsley, thyme, coriander, dehydrated lemon juice.

Suggested use/directions

Dip: Add 1 packet mix to 1 cup mayonnaise plus 1 cup plain yogurt or sour cream, stir to combine well, cover, and chill a few hours or overnight.

Dressing: Add 1 tablespoon of mix to 1 cup milk plus 1 cup mayonnaise, stir to combine well, cover, and chill a few hours or overnight.

1 packet of mix will make 2 cups dressing or dip

What is Allulose?

Allulose is a naturally-occurring sugar in found in figs and kiwi fruit, that cooks/bakes, caramelizes and preserves like sugar, but does not raise blood glucose levels like sugar does. It is also about 1/3 less sweet. Allulose in this recipe is used with a few drops of pure molasses to create a combination that mimics brown sugar (non-diabetics would not know the difference, but it is safer for diabetics). If you are wary of this I can just leave it out and leave in the molasses. Please do let me know.
