Ingredients

Allulose (from figs), Paprika, ancho chili powder, black pepper, coriander, cumin, Madras curry powder, ground dry mustard, and just a pinch of cayenne.

Suggested use/directions

Rub on your favorite things before baking or grilling…ribs, fish, chicken, seafood, and more. Also a great seasoning for pork rinds!

Ingredients

Beef, kosher salt, cracked black pepper, natural hickory smoke, water, paprika, garlic powder, Allulose (from figs), blackstrap molasses.
What is Allulose?

Allulose is a naturally-occurring sugar in found in figs and kiwi fruit, that cooks/bakes, caramelizes and preserves like sugar, but does not raise blood glucose levels like sugar does. It is also about 1/3 less sweet. Allulose in this recipe is used with a few drops of pure molasses to create a combination that mimics brown sugar (non-diabetics would not know the difference, but it is safer for diabetics). If you are wary of this I can just leave it out and leave in the molasses. Please do let me know.
