Low carb beef jerky that’s almost completely sugar-free and deliciously made in Minnesota using local beef and quality ingredients. 

Note on product stability: This product is not guaranteed to be shelf stable for more than 1-2 months unopened, but can be frozen unopened for up to 6 months. Once opened, please eat within 1 week, refrigerating any leftovers before then.

Ingredients

What is Allulose?

Allulose is a naturally-occurring sugar in found in figs and kiwi fruit, that cooks/bakes, caramelizes and preserves like sugar, but does not raise blood glucose levels like sugar does. It is also about 1/3 less sweet. Allulose in this recipe is used with a few drops of pure molasses to create a combination that mimics brown sugar (non-diabetics would not know the difference, but it is safer for diabetics).

If you are wary of this ingredient, I can just leave it out and leave in the molasses. However, your product will not be as soft and chewy, it will be more dried in texture.
